Santa Cruz, Bolivia - Exomad Green today announced that it has surpassed 300,000 delivered CO₂ Removal Certificates (CORCs) certified by Puro.earth, marking a major milestone in the global carbon dioxide removal (CDR) market. This volume represents close to 20% of all carbon removal issued to date under the Puro Registry.
Crucially, these CORCs have been issued and delivered to buyers, positioning Exomad Green as the largest global supplier of delivered durable carbon removal credits to date, and the world’s leading biochar carbon removal producer.

Buyers of Exomad’s CORCs, as recorded in the Puro Registry, include Microsoft, Swiss Re, and NextGen- organisations committed to securing high-integrity, permanent carbon removal as part of long-term climate strategies.
The milestone follows a record 48,550 tonnes of CO₂ delivered in December 2025. This achievement underscores Exomad Green’s central role in scaling high-integrity, permanent carbon removal solutions and reflects the accelerating maturity of the durable CDR market. Puro.earth’s institutional-grade infrastructure supported this high issuance volume over a number of years, demonstrating the importance of quality digital infrastructure in supporting scale, while ensuring issuance reliability and transparency.

This represents a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in delivery of approximately 228% between 2023 and 2025. With nearly 300,000 tonnes of CO₂ expected in 2026 alone, Exomad Green continues to demonstrate that durable carbon removal can scale rapidly while maintaining strict quality standards.
Exomad Green operates two industrial facilities in Bolivia and is currently constructing what is expected to become the largest biochar production facility in the world.
The Concepción facility was recently expanded from 60,000 tonnes to 140,000 of CO₂ per year
The Riberalta facility has expanded from 60,000 tonnes to 120,000 annually
The new Guarayos facility, currently under development, is expected to reach an output of 320,000 tonnes of CO₂ per year.
Once fully operational, this production infrastructure will position Exomad Green to reach 1 million tonnes of carbon removal capacity in 2027, reinforcing its leadership in industrial, permanent carbon removal.
All CORCs have been issued under the Puro Standard following independent third-party verification.
