Singapore-based Greenlyzer and Cambodia’s Royal Group have signed a memorandum of agreement to accelerate green hydrogen energy development in Cambodia and across ASEAN.
The partnership will focus on pilot projects using Greenlyzer’s Green Moving Grid (GMG), a hydrogen-based energy system designed to supply power to data centers, industrial sites, and remote or disaster-affected areas.

At the core of the system is the proprietary Alpha Energy System, which integrates AI-driven optimidation to manage energy production and distribution in real time.
Greenlyzer said the technology aims to address rising energy demand in Southeast Asia, where industrial growth and digital expansion are straining existing power infrastructure.
The agreement was formalised at a signing ceremony in Singapore, attended by senior leaders including Dr. Bo Bai, group executive chairman & co-founder of Alpha Ladder Group; Tin Pei Ling, co-president of Alpha Ladder Group; Dr. Huang Kuan, chief executive officer of Greenlyzer and head of Digital Green Group; and Neak Oknha Kith Meng, chairman & CEO of the Royal Group. Greenlyzer operates as a subsidiary of Alpha Ladder Group.
The MOA also complements ongoing cooperation between Alpha Ladder Group and Royal Group, including digital finance initiatives involving MetaComp Pte. Ltd. and Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc.. The collaboration is exploring cross-border payment solutions between Singapore and Cambodia through MetaComp’s StableX Network, integrating fiat and stablecoin-based financial infrastructure.
